The text of verse 1 is underlaid in all four parts; verses 3, 'In supremae nocte', and 5, 'Tantum ergo', are fully written out on f. 226v between the S and T voice parts.
Kreitner (2004, p. 77) and Nelson (2016, p. 95) consider this setting not by Urrede but an arrangement by an unknown composer
