There are two possible candidates to the very common Spanish surname 'Díaz':
1) Pedro Díaz de Aux, who was a singer at the Aragonese royal chapel (1484-1513) and possibly the Papal Chapel, and was also presented by King Ferdinand for different ecclesiastical benefices at a number of Spanish cathedrals.
2) Diego Díaz, a singer at the Castilian royal chapel (1493-1504).
